I'm sorry you're suffering so fiercely and I wish you well. glad you're feeling some benefit from pujas and from meditation, in my own experience meditation does tend to lower the sex drive.

You may indeed benefit from one to one counselling if you can find a counsellor in your city whom you can get on OK with -- more so than any answers here. Meanwhile, though, I wonder if it would help you to practice some kind of japa?? What god or pure quality comes easiest to you to focus on? What mantra might you consciously choose to put your mind on that will take you to a different place whenever you catch it drifting onto the sex plane?

You are an intelligent person as you have been able to analyse
your personality overlap by the abuser. Having done that, shake him off the system. How?By reducing this situation to (i) the temporary weakness of yourself in fighting the weakness and (ii) resisting the temptation to re-live it.Accept it as a weaknessin your mind first. Next, know that your mind is not you, neither are thoughts of your mind-you-they are just tendencies which can be accepted or shaken off. Also know that had you overcome the tendencies- you could have handled the situation differently.Find out a strategy to build the strength in you to nurture positive tendencies so that next time a stalker comes into your life---you can not only throw him off as a leech with a pinch of salt, but also show others how to do it.Cheer up---you are the divine spark of life--respect and love yourself, you will bloom---like hundred flowers!

I think everyone with or without OCD has unwanted thoughts, the only difference is that people with OCD process it differently.........I have thoughts of certain people in my life dying and the impact it would have on my life, but my mind will run through a scenario and that's it (its more like a mental to do list if this happens). People with OCD run though scenarios several times with alternate endings almost fixated until they move on to the next item.

Sheeeat... that's nothing to do with evil and hell. That's just a very disturbed state of mind..

If you really believe in god, then you'd serve him better by getting your head straight so forget about god.. you're just way too sensitive to being naughty and that isn't helping you as a person, is it.. events like the ones you describe can be extremely traumatic but you have to take your time dealing with them.

Try reading, do a lot of writing and painting, watch a lot of movies. I'd encourage you to do these things alone- not out of a sense of punishment, but instead for your own security. It's okay to feel weak sometimes. ajfsdijfsdkfsdjsdf...

O.K. You have to be completely honest with you counselors both about what happened and your thoughts. I think that, perhaps, you are using the anonymity of the Internet to speak more directly than you have with your counselors.
