San andreas is great but getting old now.

nobody knows yet.. r* didn't announce or confirm any potential release of lcs or vcs for pcs.

When the new PS3 one comes out I'm sure it'll see some sort of port to PC, but by the sounds of it it'll need a good PC setup to run well, I'm not sure on the specs of the PS3 but it's supposed to be pretty good.

I think GTA Liberty City will come out on PC because i have it on PSP
