First of all it depends on how old you are. If your over 13 then you can make that decision and choose. We don't know what your home life is like so it is really hard to give you an answer. All I can say is to trust your heart and explain to your parents that whom ever you choose to live with that you are not doing it to hurt the other ones feelings. Good luck to you. Don't listen to the others posting rude comments about the way you spelled divorce. Your probably young and that shouldn't of even been an issue.

I'm sorry your parents divorced. It can be a sad time for everyone but just remember that BOTH of your parents love you and they did not get divorced because of you it was just that they couldn't live together anymore. Time heals all wounds.

hey, dont' stress too much... you dont' have to deciede on one or the other... or do you?
anyway, most of the time you will get to have time with them both... dont worry too much about it, for more than likely, it may be less stressful to you if they aren't around each other fighting.
but if you have to choose one... think of why the divorce is going on... did someone cheat... ask questions, they have to answer you.. then, based on your moral perspective, choose from the knowledge that you have been given, to make the best decisions..
and try to ster clear of taking sides though... its hard to do with too much information... but you will see better and lighter if you do this..

Why not split the time? Unless there is one that you prefer. That is not an easy question but hopefully threw it all they will make it feel like they both are there for you.

Okay, first of all, it's spelled "divorce."
Second, are you asking if you should live with one parent or the other? If so, live with Mom.

I would pick whichever one is handling it most maturely. Or tell the judge that you love them equally and won't choose between them.
