a "trap" is a place in town, usually a neighborhood, that is known for selling drugs to anyone. It is kinda of like drive thru drugs. People just run up to your car and ask what you want and how much.

While the first answer is technically correct, a trap is called a trap because of the fact that it is located in an area that cops often frequent, thus it being a "trap" for catching drug dealers. They continue to use these places to sell thier drugs cuz it increases thier street cred if they do it there often and havent been caught yet. Otherwise, it would just be called the spot or the place, if there were no cons to doing business there.
And yes, skeet means to ejaculate. Made famous by the ying yang twins in thier song Get Low i believe.
