Different people can relate to different method of relieving stress. If you have not found any thing prior to this question, you should try each and every method that you are comfortable with one at a time.

I usually try and sleep it off. Some times it is difficult to tell difference between many things , like, fatigue, stress, feeling depress, mild upset................

I am sure some will work most answers are good some are bad.

Good. Its a nice and clean question without proper answers throughout the world for a longwhile.
To relieve stress, I can recommend you to do some meditation, yoga and simple breathing excersises. But this might be suggested by Tom,****&harry. Stress is nothing but a sort of feeling like joy, sleep, hunger and an everyday affair. To outcome the first thing you need to do is not to worry. The second thing the same. And undoubtedly the third one is again the same-No worries. For anxiety makes things recycled in a chain format keeping everything in circles. No start & No end. Try to be more happier than the previous moment. Live your life every moment you breathe. Enjoy each and every breathe. Everybody is stressed and there is no escape. Now it is your role to act.

Yoga is a great stress reliever. Music and candles. Reading cause it gets you out of your mind and into something else.

depends on you, and what you like to do
Get away, go outside and do what you enjoy the most
For me, I go fishing or hunting , what ever it is I do I feel 100% better when i get done

, go out and take a brisk walk with a friend. walk for 1/2 mile to a mile, do this daily and you will find that it helps out a bunch

taking a long walk, wearing headphones, playing your favorite music (Van Halen and Def Leppard for me!!!)

go to a batting cage and hit some baseballs

go for a run or go to an exercise class. it will get rid of all your physical anger etc and help you forget your mental stress

try and watch a funny film or read a good book or visit some where which can give you up liftment

i listen to music it really helps,and sit quitely and close ur eyes,or if u have a best frnd jst call him/her and speak to them abt hte thing which stresses u..
