that depends upon the motif of the person if a person speaking continously on a purposeful subject with a desire to let others know about the knowledge and also about the art of living etc.. tis good if a person just keep on speaking for no reason then thas foolish act, and secondly if a listner is not artificial listner means he is not only listening others but also feelings the inner words of a speaker and with the enjoyment of speaker he/she enjoys as well and also show empathy not sympathy at speakers sadness then tis good.
mostly good listners r the very right choice

I would choose the one who listens cause people who talk too much are just too much into themselves and don't care for what others have to say and I think that is so rude.

Because i am also a listener i would choose a listener as well..because i am fed up with people who can get over themselves and talk all the time!!!
