I have a full licence type B which clearly says that I can drive motorbikes. So, if I want to take a passenger on the scooter, do I have to take a CBT and that's it?

u need to take cbt and NO you cant take a pillion passenger unless you have a full licence!!!!! ud be pretty stupid to try 2 up on a 125 scooter anyway, the engine is not gutsy enough to take two people!!!

you will need to check first if you have motorcycle entitlement on your licence then , YOU MUST TAKE a CBT ( compulsory basic training ) but you are only allowed to carry passengers if you hold a full motorbike licence in the EU .
