I have a 38 D chest, and I hate it. I don't know if I should get a reduction, or just lose weight. If I lost weight by increasing excercise then would I eventually start losing some boobs. I have lost 7 pounds so far and they are still the same.

I do have 2 friends that had breast reductions and at one time I thought that I might want one also. However after seeing what they had gone through with the surgery I would only want one if I truely had severe back pain because of it.

A 38D really isn't that big and if you lost a bit of weight you would probably become a 36C, which is perfect.

Another thing that you might want to think about and that is wearing a minimizer bra. It can make you look one cup + smaller
and unlike what you might think, they don't squish you.

If after trying a good minimxer bra, losing a few pounds, and exercising your chest muscles you still are thinking about a breast reduction be sure to look for a very good surgeon and also get a buy off by your family doctor first.

Once they get reduced, it is extremely painful to get them larger again.

you have to lose the weight. i have two friends who got reductions and then later put on weight. Their boobs came right back. They were both under the delusion that once they looked great they would be motivated to excersise... WRONG! They were lazy then and are lazy now. Lose the weight and you will keep it off coz you worked for it but don't go overboard missy.. i've read your questions and you seem to have an image problem. Learn to like yourself inside. Its a crappy cliche i know, but its really true. good luck
