i had to get a grip of everything that was going out of control..i finally found it in me to let go of my anger and decided to move on and i had to remind myself that things can be much worse and i should start counting my blessings ..what else can you do?

I just pray and lean on God...and I ask the people I trust the most for real advice and help, which isn't many...I'm not really in a position to help others yet but I seem to make them smile and sometimes I guess that's enough..

you know what, that is very nice. Sometimes, you need a jolt to realize what you have huh? Always try to be positive...I try to always keep my smile on my face. Smiling is very contagious you know.....Hope your friend is ok.....
