Bogies. defo. Scabs is just your own tissue. Bogies is all the pollutants and muck you've inhaled from the outside world that your body has already rejected.

Well, from a nutritional point of view, scabs contain the most protein and iron, so in fact may actually benefit your body. Boogies on the otherhand are just waste and have no nutritional content, unless you have a fly stuck in it, in which case its a close shave with the scabs.

If you pick your nose alot you will get boogers that come out attached to scab tissue and there is usually some 'wet' blood mixed in but that is just nose gravy.

I eat my scabs from inside my nose from picking my boogies, some of them have veins in them.

i used to sit next to a girl at school who used to to sctatch her excema until it bled, wait for the scabs to form, and munch on them. it was the most disgusting thing iv ever seen
