I got a great pair of boots, most expensive thing I've ever bought.Love them, but would like to change their colour.........

They can, but they'll look really ugly. The dye will be all uneven.

Depends what colour you`re staring with...Some shades of red or brown tend to shine through after a while

It can be done but I would suggest taking them to a cobblers. I did a pair of shoes myself and dyed my toes every time I wore them!

yes should be ok if you paint them good get a shoe colour
i dyed my sandals they were sand colour then i dyed it cream colour it turned out good
