Those from India seem to be the friendliest people I have ever known, so I will go with that answer. For a second, I choose the British. They are always fun and friendly. For third place, I choose Australia.
So there you have first, second and third place.

Some people in certain parts of the US are actually nice. North Carolina, Georgia, and Mass. have very nice people. Others like NYC, NJ, and Cal. have alot of A$$holes. So its depends where in the US you are. AS for other countries. The Phillipines, Japan, Canada, Brazil and Sweden have nice people. Ukraine Blows.

I had a wonderful experience in Ireland, especially in the West side, they're so friendly and so nice. I had nice relations with canadian people as well.
By the way, I think there are either friendly people or not anywhere u go, depends your own experiences, am I right?
