i joined up just under a month ago and i still cant get into it.

I worked for CPW for a while and personally i don't like talktalk either i think it is a waste of time and money...clearly many others do too as most of the emails I received were complaints asking to terminate the service.

They are just crap, only good if you use their telephone service to Europe and Africa/Asia while you are with Eircom, then they save you a lot of money.

Ive had talk talk since June,I'm very happy with it,my Internets so much faster than before when i had tiscali.why don't you like it.

Call them and get them to help. My cousin uses it and has no complaints
