The government is just a big gang with the interests of the most powerful members of society at its heart. The best government I believe would not be a government but would in fact be an economic system that devolved power to individuals to create their lives as they see fit, rather than a centralised system out of the democratic control of the public, which is what we have now. The system would have to have aspects within it that would allow everyone to have a say in how they wish their society to function. Money is central to this. Money is a way to make things happen, in the power of the hands of individuals. A unit of currency is essentially an apolitical vote. If the economy is sorted out we won't need a government. The people would self-govern.

We need a Govt by the people, for the people, and, of the people! Some good old Emperors ensured such Govts for their people by governing thro' conferences and seminars all the time! Experts and wise people were always in attendance and on call, for governance decisions and follow-up implementation decisions!
