I'm not sure what you mean by "RAM health". However, I do monitor my RAM usage levels with a nice little FREE program.

Go to www.download.com and do a search for FreeRAM Pro

It is only 606K program. It will place a RAM meter on your task bar in the lower right hand corner of the screen.
This only shows how much RAM you have left and it will automatically optimize your RAM usage. You can also tweak the settings/options so that the status window displays current CPU usage also. Great little program!

If you don't know how much RAM you have, go to www.belarc.com and download the Belarc Advisor. Run this program and it will tell you many, many things about your PC's hardware and software. Among them is how much RAM you have and how much is in each slot. Another great little program.
