I'm a combination of both. Some days I'm happy when others I dislike everything including my life.

I am normally happy.. However, I know people who are always unhappy or complaining and depressed.. Its either they have chosen the unhappy behavior out of plain habit.. Or they have something going on chemically in their brain that says be depressed or unhappy... I think some people are more luckier than others. I was a person born with the chemical in my brain that is happy and looks to the bright side. Unfortunately, there are people born without it and that is pretty sad.. However, there is medication to fill the void if needed...

I have always been happy! I am the shining star!! My youngest son has always been happy one of his teachers asked why does he smile so much?? What an odd question.
