Had a disfactory stay at Euro Disney. Complained to Guest Communications and they just dismissed me. Would like to know the name of someone in Senior Management who would take my problem seriously.

I have limited experience with Euro Disney and I am very sorry that your complaint has been dismissed. I do not know the complaint, therefore, I can not entirely understand your situtation. Please do not exclude Disney from your future stays. Disneyland is always a great option.

The silly frenchman don't care about your stay. Should have gone to Disney in the US or even Japan....but Euro Disney? Ewww

You didn't stay at the Sante Fe hotel did you? man they were rude, aside from that my holiday was brilliant but the hotel was absolute crap, they look down their nose at you so bad it was unreal, and the cleaners just wouldn't give up they wanted to clean around you but the job they did was naff, it looked like they hadn't done it! try this site. good luck
