i mean how come they be improved their immunity power but humans dont in course of time

humans do as well, the difference is that it happens by generation and insects go thru many more generations then we do

Humans are likely to be improving their immunities over time - and infections, in turn, are likely to improve their ability to attack in response - so this arms race, while changing the genetic makeup, will at the individual level not appear to be taking place.

The fact that we now use medicine and antidotes to treat ourselves means the selection pressure may be less than that on other organisms. It could be argued that the evolution of brains capable of creating such cures is effectively improved our immunity, even if by an indirect route.

all species, humans included improve their immunity to poisons over the course of time...

It's much quicker for insects because their lifespans are much shorter. So while it may take humans centuries to get through a dozen or more generations, it only takes insects a few months to do the same.

It is by the speed of reproduction. The faster the reproductive rate, the more ability to adapt to adversity.
