it could be a number of things, when pregnant we get all sorts of pains and it is hard to tell which ones are normal. if it's bad pain than obviously call your doctor back, but if it is mild, don't worry about it, you were just there yesterday and i am sure that if the doctor thought there was anything wrong he would have told you.
good luck, hang in there you still have a while to go. lol but it's worth it. :)

I had that really bad, and I thought I was going to miscarry. The doctor said it was ligaments streching. Don't worry about it. It can get quite painful. Try taking a warm bath.
Ligament pains for some reason always attack the right side. I am 5 months pregnant and I still have it on occassion. My back hurts worse though... You are okay believe me. and congrats!!!

The pain you are experiencing could be a number of things form normal ligament stretching to an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy. You should call your doctor right away. He may want to do an ultrasound to make sure that the fetus is in the uterus and not in the fallopian tube.
Good luck to you.

The best solution to make sure that you are ok and the baby is ok is to call the drs office and ask what you should do. Better to find out if you need to be seen as a dr will be able to determine what is going on when you are seen better than anyone on the internet. Be safe call dr asap

Go back to the DR. I lost my baby in my second trimester in May because I thought everything was normal...it wasn't, and I am still suffering.

if it is very severe go to the doctor again immediately. If it is mild it can be due to your sleeping position
