I have a project in physics, in which the best works will get a high grade and will be put to the Science Exhibit. I have very low grades in Physics, and if I will not do well, I might fail. I need to do this very well...:

I need to find any topic in Physics and illustrate it in the most articstic way possible. It needs good content, impact, and I must do it within 1 hour (but the materials can be prepared at home). What should I do? What topic? How will I illustrate it?

THANKS FOR HELP!!!^_^

Perhaps you can do something with the inverse square law which affects the strength (intensity) of gravity, sound and even light as you near or distance yourself from the source. Inflating a large balloon (that you have marked with squares in a sample area) will show how energy, etc. is spread out over an increasingly large area as the balloon inflates. Doubling the diameter more than doubles the areas.

1. Make a graph of sound level at the source and at intervals away from the source.

2. Make a graph of light intensity at the source and at intervals away from the source.

3. Make a graph of gravity (g) at the surface of the earth and at intervals above (away from) the earth.

4. Make a graph of gravity (g) at the surface of the earth assuming it could shrink (in intervals) while maintaining constant mass. Gravity should increase nearly without limit as the diameter of the earth decreases to a dot. This explains how black holes have such powerful gravitational fields.

All the graphs depend on the inverse square law which you can demonstrate by inflating a balloon (or displaying a series of inflated balloons all marked with squares when at the same diameter). Good luck.
