The BEST way would be the CUSTOMIZED way - that is where does 10% in the reports you have generally fall. You may have a LOT of 'a' items leading that to be a separate category. Therefore, if you can somehow get your reports together to start with and determine breaks and how close to 10% of the stack they are, you will be answering your own question with your own data.

i prefer to to use each letter for each divider.
bookshops does sell those with 26 alpas dividers or you can always make your own.
