Further to Kyra's post about the pubic bone - could anyone clarify exactly how it should feel if you are pregnant? SHould it feel hard or what?

The pubic bone is hard, but there is softer cartilage at the join at the front. Then it's all covered with a layer of fat and pubic hair.
The cartilage will soften and become more flexible with pregnancy.
If it becomes painful, then see your midwife or doctor and get referred to the obstetric physiotherapist.

Mine is hard and I am 5 months pregnant

It should feel like a small hard lump. It may be a little sensitive when you apply pressure.

it doesnt get hard til 4 or 5 mons
