You can find some really neat Money Clips these days. Men of his stature like to pull bills from a clip anymore. You can even have them engraved. Nice gift, everyone I've given...they really like. Just a thought....

i use to work in an engraving store over christmas a few years ago..
they have business card holders.. which you could get engraved with his name or his business :)
they have many styles and such :)
