is VoIP - voice over Internet Protocol = you can call and/or receive calls from a regular phone line over the internet. They claim you can save some money for long distance calls. But...you need high speed internet connection + VoIP hardware (around 100 USD) + you pay for your long distance calls. Note: skype from www.skype.com offer unlimited free calls skype-to-phone wihtin USA and Canada.

dear . web phone not a cell phone but like a telephone
you can use your internet voice programms like skype yahoo
etc.
just follow da steps.
1-install softwares
2-plug your microphone and make ur id from da server or site from u use da service of the messenger.
3- this is da procedure of a web phone.
4- read da whole paragraph you can see it on the software or programm installion time.
5- but kindly note you must install voice programm or software
