Sure. Start off by walking around. Walk as much as you have time for. Don't eat until you are hungry. (You'd be surprised how often you eat when you don't really need to.)

As soon as you can break into a jog, do that. As soon as you can sprint, then dot your daily runs with sprints.

If you weigh yourself and you are less than 115 lbs, then you're not obese, you're anorexic.

Good luck. It can be done. Just stick with it.

Well, start w/ what your eatting. Make SURE you eat breakfast. And instead of eatting 3 large meals a day eat 5 or six small meals. Exercise is important. If your trying to lose weight start w/ lots and lots of cardio. At your pace. Don't out do yourself. Walking, jogging, biking, arobics are all a good start. If you can't afford to join a gym see about getting a treadmill and a tae bo dvd. Billy Blanks is great. Make sure you drink lots and lots of water and get 6-8 hours of sleep, depending on what you require. Also, be consistant. Working at it two or three days a week isn't going to work. Meal planning ahead of time is great, that way you know what you need at the grocery store. Betty Crocker and Light and Tasty both have cookbooks w/ that are Light and include all nutritional information. Avoid saturated and transfats. When planning your meals don't deprive yourself of anything. Make sure your taking in 12-1500 calories a day. And if your going to be working out your going to need carbs-their energy. So eat whole grain breads. There are all types of low-fat foods that you can have w/o saccrificing taste. They're a little more expensive but definantly worth it. For example bagels, granola bars are great for breakfast and come in lowfat varities. Creme cheese and butter come in fat free. Cottage cheese and yogurt both come in lowfat. As for yogurt watch the calorie count. Some have as many as 220. Dannonn 4 oz cups have 60. Also make sure every couple days or even everyday that you allow yourself a small "snack snack". Not allowing yourself anything might cause you to gorge later. ACT11 makes light and fat free popcorn varieties. They're a little low on taste so I spice them up w/ some fat free butter and a little parm cheese. Its pretty tasty. The key to all of this is consistancy and sticking w/ it. Avoid resturants and cafeterias. Brown bag it. Its much healthier. Fruits and vegis are great. Fresh fruits and vegis. Theres natural sugars in them but canned are full of preservatives and sugars. Grill or broil instead of frying. George Foreman grilles are great and inexpensive. Also steamed vegis instead of boiled are better. They're crisper and boiling boils some of the nutrients out. Try a multi vitamin and make sure you get plenty of sleep. AVOID FAD DIETS. Stick at it even after you drop the weight. And have a great attitude. Keep a journal or what your eatting, how much you exercised, and how you felt before and after you exercised. They say its healthy to lose 2 lbs a week. Consistancy, constistancy, consistancy. Good luck to you!!!!!

reduce your calorie intake and increase your cardio workout time to at least 40 continuous minutes.
you'll lose the weight eventually (about 1 pound per week)

Losing weight is slower than gaining height. Got it?

well they have gyms and stuff geared only for women.

they are less imtimidating.. and mainly have older women.. (from what i can tell anyways)

so you don't have to worry about looking good..
it seems like gyms that allow both men and women seem kind of like a meat market..

i'd look into something like curves.... or whatever is available to you :)
