Vacuum can't be easily made.Absolute vacuum is never possible. For making it on a appreciable scale,u require a 'vacuum pump'.
For just having a glimpse of it, u can do the following experiment:
i)Take a can and fill it half with water.
ii)Now heat the can for a long time.No mattter, if still some water is left behind.
iii)Now immediately close the can and bring it below a tap of cold ater.
iv)U will see that the can starts crushing on its own.
Reason:Vacuum is produced inside the can so that the pressure inside gets drastically reduced.Hence the outside atmospheric pressure exerts a net force on it which crushes the can.

If you fill a clear plastic tube well over 34 feet long with cold water and raise one end into the air while draining water from the lower end (without letting air in; perhaps keep the lower end in a swimming pool, etc.) you will draw a vacuum. That is how a mercury barometer works but the mercury column will be only about 30 inches because mercury is much heavier than water. In either case you will not draw a perfect vacuum because the vacuum space will be filled with a rarefied vapor of water (or mercury) depending on the temperature and vapor pressure of the liquid. In both cases atmospheric pressure exactly balances the weight of the column of liquid with a partial vacuum in the tube above the liquid. The vacuum above the water will be similar to the partial vacuum at the top of a bottle of canned tomatoes.

My favorite, and one of the easiest is to place a HARD BOILED PEELED egg on the neck of a clean empty bottle. Make sure you pick a bottle that the egg can NOT easily slip into.

Then you take a long kitchen match, light it, and place it inside the bottle and put the egg back on top quickly. As the oxygen burns away it creates a partial vacuum, that will suck the egg down into the bottle.

Very entertaining to introduce the concept of vacuums to 8 year olds.

lots of ways to make one the question is how large and how much of a vacuum. You can simply suck the gas out with your mouth and close a container or seal it. Sucking on a straw creates a vacuum for example.
