I am assuming that u have a program icon in ur system tray that u want rid of. Also assuming u have unstalled the program correctly it should have removed the icon however it has not then try the following, if u have done this recently try rebooting may just need a refreash, however it is still an issue u can hit START THEN RUN, ENTER "MSCONFIG" SELECT THE STARTUP TAB, find the file that denotes to the icon u wish to remove and take the tick out the box this will stop the file from loading up at boot up. most of the names in msconfig are kinda self explnatory.

To check if the programme has been completly removed try and run from the icon. If you get the browse message then right click on the icon and delete. Alternitivly from the start button click on help click on the index tab and type in icon you will then see a line stating icon removal and follow the directions. You can leave this open when carrying out the task to check what to do next.

Yes your question is a bit misleading. did you intal the Btyahoo software and now cannot take it off? or is it something else? If its just the software going to control panel>add/remove programes and taking it off from there might solve your problem.
