You would think the government would toss in anything to save a little money,but according to the national food administration safety guidelines they have to use USDA safety inspetced foods and if it says beef its gotta be it! Good meat not the brains or the hooves ect. Don't believe what everyone else says dude!

Be prepared....all animal scraps that cant be sold...its put into a mincer then made into patties...rather sickening stuff, just like chicken nuggets...

Uhh... COWS! They don't waste any parts either. It most likely includes hooves, horns, hair and hide.
