Intelligence Quotient, Emotional Quotient and Spiritual Quotient, how would we describe these in simple terms? Is ther any website here in internet where we can do these tests, know the results and compare them particularly of the latter ones (i mean, other than some of those paid tests and sites)

Well I would consider Tacit Intelligence (T.I) as the most important of all, which is some reflection on the EQ you could say. If you take an ordinary carpenter, he may score low on IQ,EQ or SQ but what is the parameter to measure his craftsmanship or competence in his work. Some say it is the TI. It also involves your inter personal relationships, and man being a social animal, TI is the most important thing. I am sorry I am not aware of any free sites for that matter pay sites even, where you can test IQ,EQ,SQ or TI.

You cannot really compare those. An IQ measure is a standardized measure of a person's cognitive skills, and can only be performed reliably by a psychologist (or, in some cases, a psychiatrist). Emotional quotient, social quotient, spiritual quotient and the like are not operationalized in the same manner, and are no more reliable than for instance the so-called "7 intelligences".

EQ is a bunch of crap from a so called psychologist who took the world for a spin. IQ is a standardized emasure.

However, none of these measures really mean anything except that you scored X and that puts you in Xth percentile. I have met people in the different ranges of the IQ scores and I see little or no correlation between their scores and inteligent behavior. I think in most cases, receiving a high IQ score just makes you more confident and acting smart is the same thing as being smart.

EQ because this is the one over which you have most control, i.e., you can make choices about how to react, think, believe, etc.
