i'm told that because of the music i listen to, i'm really screwed. they think it's why i'm so weird. they being my parents. is that true?

Music does affect attitude. It also affects morals, in my opinion. If you listen to someone sing about how worthless women are and how they are good for nothing other than a good time, then you will start to think it, too. I'd like to think that people can have minds of their own, but unfortunately, that is not true for most people.
