We, Myself and Husband usually charge around 55-60.00 for this type of cleaning. We are in Florida.

First, I guess you need a power washer and cleaner, If you need to rent one you must add that to the bill. If you have one, depends how big the house is. I would charge between 10 to 12 dollars an hour. Max to do the house is 3 hours for a single level, and for a two or three level house add 3 hours. so basically it should cost between 36-60 dollars.
