French.
I speak with a few that combine the two at work...it's difficult to concentrate hearing sublime voices like that!
Irish/Scottish is cute, even northern Irish girls (I can't understand liking a male Ulster accent!).
A natural Welsh accent is dead sexy.
Eastern European, particularly Russian.
Spanish/Portuguese/Italian/Romanian/Latin American.
West African...the heat, the spices, the sticky molasses...erm...
South African/Afrikaans/Dutch.

I like justin timberlake's accent... Don't usually appreciate the southern drawl to such an extent but in some cases it sounds really comforting, maybe it's just his tone and pitch aswell. Rather, i think any accent can be sexy if you say the right words, and speak in a sexy tone.. sexy isn't something you see or hear, it's a mood you get :)
