I had that too, don't worry its just from hormones. All I did was pluck the little bugger, I had to do it about 5 times, but then it got the hint and went away. DO NOT SHAVE IT. Just pluck that one hair. Good Luck... You will be fine

Don't worry. Lots of women have facial hair. All you need is a pair of tweezers. Don't use any hair removal creams on your face, they'll burn your skin. If this is the biggest problem you have thirteen, you've got one up on all the rest!

Your beard? Not really... There is probably a small mole under your chin, with the long hair from it. Because under your chin doesn't get much light it won't be as dark as on your face.

Ya u have attained puberty at an right age.U are suppose to marrya at 21 and u have good 8 years.In that time ur body will receive enough nutrition to support u at time when u are having a child.Its healthy

I am 23 and have the same little hair, same place and I've had it since I was your age. I just pluck it with tweezers whenever I notice it, no big deal. Usually I do it as often as I pluck my eyebrows.
