I am doing a presentation to volunteers aged 18-50 working with young people for the first time. What are the key things they should know?

People aged between 11-15 are being more wild and curious!
They try different stuffs, projects and activities. They are also lazy and restless! They must be involved in different activities that might amuse them! They try something new(one they never tried before) (different places means diferent personalities, rules etc.) some try to have sex and kiss torridly in public, go clubbing have their partners, etc!

They are easily influenced by fads and disrespectful to their parents, but if in the workforce, I have found them to be hard workers with a lot of enthusiasm. They are shy with the public, but appreciate compliments. If they are rewarded with pay or special acknowledgement, they will be fond of the job they do.

i recognize what you advise. i quite do. My maximum acceptable buddy has a "boyfriend" who she rarley ever meets, and purely after some weeks of understanding him she instructed him that she loved him. She did this similar component with yet another guy. It makes me so mad because, like you reported, love is a few thing you treasure and provides it someone who you imagine merits it. i presumed after dealing with this with the first guy she would have learnt her lesson yet curiously no longer. I wish she would study already.

they can only answer using one word but can ask a question with 2 words e.g can I, will you, I want etc, they can't get up in the morning, they are allergic to soap and water, their feet have a nasty smell. they never smile but grimace, they forget the words please and thankyou, their favourite sentences are: it's not fair, i hate you , i am leaving home, why should I, it wasn't me it was him/her.

They are trying to find out who they are, they can be gossipy and catty. They don't like being looked at as kids, because they really don't see themselves as such.
