If i say God lies in believers heart that will be very vague answer. God is beyond the time and space as he created time and space for us. Suppose an example. We are living in three dimensional space. If we create an object that can move only in one dimension like a ball in a pipe. It (if it is living being) knows only one dimension, therfore can not imagin an object like us in three dimensions.
When we think about God we will try to imagin him in any three dimensional space. We should think that if these three dimencion are not created God has been still alive. We can understand only that features which are related to us. We need him at each moment. We can at least say each point of universe is within his knowledge.
