i use Tesco, £13.97 a month, for 3 DVDs at a time, and no restrictions to how many you can have a month, they are very quick, i posted my last 3 viewed DVDs on Sunday night, and my next 3 arrived Wednesday morning, so taking in mind they wouldn't have been sent off to Tesco til the post office started again Monday, i thought that was quick. i have been with Tesco for 6 months now and no problems, Sainsbury and Blockbuster are also good. swap about and make the most of the free trials, is a good way to see how quick they are delivered before you have to start paying.
once the free trials are over, i have never noticed a drop in delivery standard, how can it? they are banking on your custom and that depends on how quick they deliver the DVDs to you, so they will not risk your custom, as there are so many other companies offering the same service, they have to be efficient 100% of the time.

I'm with ScreenSelect. (which is just about to merge with LoveFilm and they're sticking with the LoveFilm name... so I guess I'm with LoveFilm from now on!)
I pay £14.99 per month for unlimited rentals, 3 disks at a time.
The delivery is fantastic. If I post disks back on a Monday I get new ones on Wednesday. It couldn't possibly be any quicker than that - it's overnight both ways, getting delivered back to ScreenSelect on the Tuesday morning and new ones getting to me on the Wednesday morning.
I did have a free trial first but the service has not declined since then - they have always maintained this speed. The only problems have occured when I've requested nothing but rare titles and had to wait for them, which is fair enough I suppose!

They are all pretty much the same. After the trial period they have been known to drop there standards a little.
However I have not paid for DVD rental now going on a year and a half. Just work your way round all the sites, and take the occasional sabbatical from them and they will give you loads free offers.
Also use different names of family and differnet cards.
