There are many Pyramid like structures in Mexico, but the exact number is not known.
Most Ancient Mesoamerican civilizations built pyramid-shaped structures. These were also usually step pyramids, with temples on top – more akin to the ziggurats of Mesopotamia than to the pyramids of Ancient Egypt. The Mesoamerican region's largest pyramid by volume – indeed, the largest in the world by volume – is the Great Pyramid of Cholula, in the Mexican state of Puebla. The Pyramids of the Sun in Teotihuacan.and of the Moon is at the top (northern) end of the Avenue of the Dead (Miccaohtli in Nahuatl),are the two largest monuments in the Mexico, apart from other big pyramids at Cholula, Xochicalco, Uxmal, El Tajín, Chichen Itza, and Palaque. There are some small pyramid structures also.

Technically there are no pyramids in Mexico, they are called ziggurats build by the mayans. Don't know how many there are though.

I know of five, but there are probably a lot more that are classified as "hills" by the locals.
