as a snack i like them hard boiled but usually i like them scrambled or fried

My most favorite is probably fried flat like a pancake and make an egg sandwich with miracle whip. Unfortunately I am allergic to eggs since about age 19. :-(

For breakfast- over easy or an omelet (ham, cheese, mushrooms,onions, red peppers)
for a snack- hard boiled.
