Of course they will.
The Tigers have a 4 game series with Minnesota starting today, and all they have to do is win at least 2.
Winning 2 will keep our lead at 4 plus knock off 4games on our magic number.
Plus the last week of the season favors Detroit. They have 6 against KC and 3 against The Blue Jays.

I hope so, but I like the Twins and the White Sox too. I think all three would be tough for the As to beat in the playoffs. Of course the Angels could still knock Oakland out of the top spot in the West. I do think Detroit will hold on to win the division. If Minnestota sweeps the 4 game series starting tonight, then the Tigers will look back and say that was the series that ended their hopes for a division title this year. I don't really think the Twins will sweep them but it is possible.

Detroit will still win it, they still have 2 series against the Royals and they start against the Twins tonight. Not to mention the Twins end the season with a series against the White Sox
