George Bush is definitely one of the reasons we are in an unpopular light at this time. He's made some very bad choices and has said some very stupid things. I think his lack of humility and "bring it on" attitude make him look like a childish spoiled brat to the rest of the world. Of course MONEY has everything to do with whats going on in the world today. There are to many greedy people climbing onto the Bush family with intentions of making millions and millions of dollars at anyones expense.
I'm not saying I don't enjoy money...I do. I just know when to quit. Where as Bush never knows when to quit - to him it's all about more, more, more.
When is enough, enough?

I don't think the world does hate the USA. The world may hate Bush and the current adminstration. There are many right wing fundamental christians that the world hates, but In general I think the world likes America as a beautiful place and Americans as beautiful people (except the fat ones that we make fun out of)

Bush doesn't help. Especially when he has strong ties with the current Australian government and some in this country resent America dictating to other countries what wars are important to be involve in namely ones that America are interested in. However, it is a historical imperialism by the American governments both past and present that is the main problem. It doesn't help that many Americans don't know alot about the world, and are not given access to information about their own government policies that effect other countries let alone, learning about other cultures, nor do the American people believe that other countries/cultures are important. This is a generalization and also an observation. I have many friends who live in the US and my brother lives there, however those people I do know who live in the US, do not support their current government and are ashamed at how the US is perceived by the rest of the world. Perhaps, people from other countries do not understand that many people in America do not support the current Presidents choices, however it is difficult to ask that of people when people question why aren't the American people doing something about the current President (ie. more outspoken intellectual opposition).

With respect you in no way go away Michigan, so how are you going to gauge how human beings all over the realm view the country? I do shuttle very a lot and contained in the perfect 365 days were contained in the midsection east, Africa, and south east asia (collectively with Indonesia that's the worlds best muslim usa). i'm very pleased with my association with the united statesand communicate about it very brazenly, and clearly my passport has an really large united statesemployer visa dominating it. i detect overwhelmingly that everybody is amazingly warmth in direction of the yankee human beings and extremely interested in what existence is like over there. some human beings disagree with coverage, quite with reference to Iraq, yet unlike human beings in this talk board exhibit it maturely and thoughtfully, quite than in vitriolic own rants. American subculture is pervasive and your T.V shows, nutrition manufacturers, cclothing and music are discovered everywhere, quite among the more youthful airborne dirt and dust off your passport and bypass shuttle, and also you ought to discover that the international isn't everywhere close to as hateful of the united statesa. you imagine it truly is. It purely appears midsection classification psuedo psychological suburban those who hate the country with such interest......and that is extremely unhappy.

i see some points in some of the posts here but, not all are true. as for Randy's, it is false. this isn't because of the political party that runs this country. bin laden has always hated and feared the Bush family. i am a democrat and don't agree with the ongoing presence and unnecessary loss of American life over there but, i see where the president is coming from. bin laden hates and fears the family. i wonder what would happen if Jeb Bush, the Governor of Florida ran for President and won. Of course, we would be wasting money, manpower and most of all, life over there for another four but, i see their point.

This is not an LGBT question.
But the fact that his wish to impose his right wing religious views on a nation made of many religions, including Christians who don't share his radical right views, the fact that he forced that religious view, belies the promise of freedom in America and does make us look foolish for electing him.

I'd say that he's part of the problem, but not the entire problem. As for his religious convictions, I think those are also a problem, but not exactly for the reason you state. Oh, and try to keep politics in politics.

Oh please bush had been in office only a short time when 9/11 happened it had nothing to do with Bush we had just came out of a 8 year democratic rule. The world hates us because we have things they want like freedom to discuss these things openly. Not because of one man.
