My picks: Stranger by the shore, Perhaps Love, Doe Eyes (From Madison County), most songs on "The Civil War" CD, I will remember you, Landslide, Now and Then (Kenny Loggins), Lots of Elvis tunes, I Don't want to talk about it (Rod Stewart), Amazing Grace,............????? Why do we sometimes want to hear these sad songs???? Getting divorced from someone you still love is just the worst.

Listening to the sad songs is a kind of therapy that helps us to let go of our negative feelings. They sometimes make us cry, and crying is your body's way of washing you of all those sad emotions. Some of my favorites, in addition to the ones you've listed above are: Love Theme from Romeo and Juliet, Love is Blue, Have I Told You Lately that I Love You, Hello, Truly, We've Only Just Begun, Falling Leaves, Photographs and Memories, I Have to Say I Love You in a Song, True Love's Ways. Music has healing powers, so if a song makes you feel like crying, don't hold it back. You will feel better. Sorry if you are the one that got divorced. Time will heal all wounds.
