It is 21 to drink in all 50 states. This is because of the Highways Act. If the states want federal funding for highways, they must legislate that the drinking age be 21.
There are no exceptions, not even for tourists where the drinking age is lower. Anyone who believes otherwise, because perhaps a bar they know will serve underage foreigners, is still wrong. It is illegal to serve to anyone under 21 under any circumstances.

it is 21 everywhere. I believe that it should be 21 unless you're a member of the armed forces then it should be 18.

some states it is 18, most are 21, either way ull need ID especially if you are a tourist. Just dont drink their crappy beer.

its 21 all over. but 21 or over, if you do not know how to "drink" properly or do not know your limits to drinking....pls don't drink at all....if you already have, pls call a family or friend....don't drive. we value our lives !!
