Lack of customer service! I can't stand waiting on a call centre line on hold for ages and then have someone be rude to me when I eventually get through! That is of course if you haven't been cut off in the process! Call centres seem to have no link with the rest of the company! They don't even know what goes on there! They all tell you different things and it is a gamble to who you get and whether they can help you! It is time for them to stop having targets on the number of calls that they have to take and start monitoring the quality that they give to customers!

We have a lot of faults. In all fairness though if we did things differently a different typ of person would feel ashamed. There really is no way to win.

The amount of UK born citizens who are now unable to "afford" to go to work because the masses of immigrants are taking all the jobs at much lower rates of pay than the average UK citizen can afford to live on.

It's beyond me that a system is allowed to run where people are better off on benefits than they are working. It's wrong wrong wrong!

The breakdown of family life as it was say 50 years ago. That is: too many teenage mothers, too many single parent families, too many divorces leading to insecurity in children's lives and lack of discipline, the loss of support from extended family due to the insular way each unit now seems to live, and too many elderly relatives being pushed into homes, rather than spending their final years in a happy family atmosphere to which they can contribute so much with their knowledge and experience. The results from this breakdown are now evident in everyday life, eg., lack of respect for others.

The way we are becoming scared and threatened by teenagers. Bring back national service or at least let adults smack their kids. My parents smacked me as a child and i soon learnt right from wrong. And what's with the hoods? And scooters? And knives? And guns? Teenagers seem to do what they want and get away with it. I hate most teenagers. Done.

A government that lacks the balls to close the gates on immigration until we've got our own house in order.
A government that lacks the balls to punish criminals with stiffer sentences. 5 years should mean just that,.Life should mean life.
A government that lets old people die from cold every winter, excusing themselves with a one-off payment that isn't enough.
A government that de-nationalises industries that make profit and provide poor service supplying our basic needs- water, gas, electricity.
A gov- oh,I'm gonna stop- I'm depressing myself........sorry.....
