You need to buy unlocked phone capable of
accepting Sim card any where in the world
even the local Sim card,the system is called
prepaid service but you must make sure that
the phone works any where and is unlocked
this way you can use it in China,Japan,India
France,U.S.A. or South Africa.

go for a nokia 3250.... its a nice phone if u lkie music. but plzzzzzzzzzz dont make the mistake of buying a motorola phone. they are crappy.
