Any country in Eastern Europe - Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia.. But why would you want to go there?? You know, there's a reason why beautiful & interesting countries are also expensive, 'cause there's tonnes to do & see, unlike the cheap ones.

The Central European countries of Poland, Czech Republic, etc. are certainly cheaper countries than most of those in Western Europe but you can still find cheaper. Non-EU countries in Central and Eastern Europe like Croatia, Ukraine, Montenegro, are often cheaper still
