Your nails provide important clues to your overall health. Broken, discolored or misshapen nails can indicate nutritional deficiencies, infections or skin conditions. Good nail care keeps your hands and feet looking nice and is part of a general program of good health habits. Below are tips for caring for your nails.
Keep them clean and dry. This helps prevent infection.
Shape them straight across rather than to a point. Pointed nails are weaker and can break more easily.
Do not pick them.

I'm a guy, and personally, I don't like long nails. I know a lot of like long, painted nails cause they're "so pretty", but I don't like them.

A little bit of toenail is fine... but I agree together with you. Long nails are kinda major.

its either you have fungus on your nails or have a vitamin deficiency. for fungus, dilute a cup cover of zonrox in 1 liter of water. soak your feet for at least 15 minutes. do this everyother day until fungus is gone. for vitamin deficiency, go to drugstore and buy supplement for nails. good luck !!

I bet if you see your doctor, he will totally know what to do. Your body could be lacking iron. Try that first, also, if you don't like your toenail color, that yellowy color (I have that too) you can paint them or bleach them. :) Good luck xoxo - Amber Lee
