It rates right up there with "Summer Holiday" (Cliff Richard), "Fun in Acapulco" (Elvis Presley), and "Crossroads" (Britney Spears). I wish more pop stars would play in films. I really would love a Marilyn Manson romantic comedy, a Nine Inch Nails horror film, a Chemical Brothers science fiction epic and of course a Franz Ferdinand musical.
Btw, 'celebrity girl' is wrong. Garbage did not play in Spice World, it were in fact the Spice Girls. I wonder if Shirley Manson could act, actually.

Hahaha. When I was a kid I loved the Spice Girls, so I went to see the movie when it came out. Of course I loved it. But that was a long time ago. I haven't seen it recently, and I don't think I'll feel the same way if I see it now.
