between the two??? they had two different styles. tlc actually had two singers and a rapper, dc had three women with beautiful vocal harmony. i'm a fan of both. but i'd say dc had the better management behind them and did a great job making sure the girls got rich. tlc had to file bankruptcy when their big album was still hot, that shouldn't happen.
for pure vocal ability i guess i'll say dc
for better business savvy (even w/dad as mgmt) dc
for having one of my must-have album in history...tlc, crazysexycool
for better songwriting ability dc
i guess it should be dc, then...but i still love t-boz,left-eye,and chilli

TLC is my all time favourite because they sang with maturity, you could feel their music, it had soul, rythym,meaning and laid back style whereas the latter is too girlie,fly.all about nudity, and they are young and trying to impress.Tlc knew their stuff and presented it well.
