I went in there to take a pee. If I wanted to look at another man's penis I could just watch porn. I just look at the wall and get out as soon as I've finished.

Never have, and never caught anybody doing it to me, every guy i know just stairs at the wall
guys who look are probably-insecure or curious-nothing to be a shamed about, just don't do it to me or around the wrong guy

Well it is probably common. They probably want to compare dick sizes to see if their is normal or if they are just curious.

i think so. i guess they do so just to compare it with their own coz most guys are really concious about size
