he was almost chosen into slytherin
the order in which his parents were killed are reversed (hiddenly in 4th book when harry fights voldemort)

When harry fought voldy in the fourth book his father came out of voldemorts wand BEFORE his mother did implying His father died AFTER his mother.

It is possible, that voldy made Harry into one by accident. Then one of the two deaths that J.K. said were going to happen would be Harry, which she hinted that she may kill him off.

It certainly seems possible although if that's true I would imagine that Harry would have to die to kill Voldemort. However, Harry is the only one who can kill Voldemort according to the prophecy, so if he dies to get rid of the last horcrux, who would be left to kill Voldemort? Unless perhaps they both die at the same time...
Harry's father was killed first, then his mother. They came out of Voldemort's wand the other way, because it was regurgitating spells backwards when their wands connected.

He can't be. Remember that Slughorn said that Horcruxes are mada by a dark ritual after killing someone. We are told that Lilly died to save Harry, and I think that stopped Voldy to kill Harry.

He can't be. They were created before Harry was born. Also if he were a Horcrux, why would old Voldy have tried to destroy him?
